Roast and Despatch

All coffee is roasted Monday/Friday Weekly.

We aim to ship all orders within a maximum of 48hrs of them being placed Monday to Friday.

During peak seasons such as Christmas there may be a small delay. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with your shipment details and tracking number. If you do not get this email or if you are unsure about the status of your order,please contact us.

Same day despatch cut off is 12pm Midday.

Local Pickup orders are processed by our production team and cannot be fulfilled by the espresso bar team or retail stand stock.

All UK shipments are processed via Royal Mail (Tracked 48) or DPD (Aimed Next Working Day).

Shipping times vary depending on which service is selected. However, Tracked 48 or APC packages are not guaranteed for delivery by next day.

For aimed next working day delivery, please select DPD shipment and place your order before 12pm Monday to Friday.

Royal Mail Tracked 48:

Royal Mail 48 Parcels can take a maximum of 14 days to reach you on rare occasions. If parcels are not received 3-4 working days after ordering please get in touch for updated tracking.

Inpost 24/7 Locker | Shop Collection:

InPost will send you an email and a text with your collection code. If you have the InPost app, you can track the progress of your parcel, and your collection code will pop up on the app when it’s available at your chosen location.

Orders are held at the collection point for 3 days from the day they arrive before being returned to the retailer. You will receive SMS reminders from InPost before the parcel is returned.
