Grind Information
Please note, our espresso grind is suitable for most home coffee machines. If you have a commercial grade coffee machine, E.g. Linea Mini, then please add an order note in your basket, requesting commercial espresso grind.
We would always recommend that you use a grinder at home in order to achieve the grind suitable for your particular brewing equipment, but we appreciate that this is not always possible, so we do offer our coffee as ground. We offer grind options that we think would achieve the best results from the numerous variations of machines and equipment that are available to consumers, but we cannot guarantee that our ground options will work with every unique set up.

Bloom Spring Seasonal Coffee
“Bloom” is our celebration of spring, a time of renewal and lightness. Just as flowers start to bloom and germinate in the warming sun, this coffee captures the essence of gentle growth. Its floral sweetness and lively citrus notes reflect the freshness of the season, offering a coffee that is both bright and warming. Bloom isn’t just a flavour, it’s refreshing your ritual and a reminder that life, like coffee, thrives when done well.

Ethiopia
Tigst Boru
This year’s Bloom Coffee comes from Tigst Boru (Tee-gist Boh-roo), a dedicated woman farmer from Beloya, a small kebele (village) in the Kochere district of Gedeo zone, Ethiopia, close to Yirgacheffe. At 1,705 meters above sea level, Tigsit, a mother of 6 cultivates 2.8 hectares of heirloom Arabica varieties, Kumie, Dega and Wilsho, under the shade of native trees such as cordia africana, acacia, ensete and ventricosum.
The coffee is carefully washed, fermented for 36 hours and sun-dried on raised African beds, producing a clean cup using traditional Ethiopian methods. Bloom 2026 is a tribute to both the land and to Tigst, connecting the rich legacy of Ethiopian coffee to your cup, beautiful as filter and a delicate and expressive espresso.

Supporting Our Community: Bloom Coffee & The Jac Lewis Foundation
In 2026, we’re donating £1 from every 200g seasonal box and £4 from every seasonal kilo to a local charity, changing each season. Our first release, Bloom, celebrates spring growth and renewal. We’re proud to partner with Jac Lewis Foundation, founded in 2019 after Jac’s loss in Ammanford to prevent suicide and reduce mental health stigma. The foundation provides accessible wellbeing services and community mentor training across Wales. Together, we hope every bag sold helps build a stronger, healthier and more resilient community.
