Grind Information
Please note, our espresso grind is suitable for most home coffee machines. If you have a commercial grade coffee machine, E.g. Linea Mini, then please add an order note in your basket, requesting commercial espresso grind.
We would always recommend that you use a grinder at home in order to achieve the grind suitable for your particular brewing equipment, but we appreciate that this is not always possible, so we do offer our coffee as ground. We offer grind options that we think would achieve the best results from the numerous variations of machines and equipment that are available to consumers, but we cannot guarantee that our ground options will work with every unique set up.

Embers Seasonal origin
Our seasonal autumn coffee is here, bringing those warm, cosy vibes with a little Indian twist. This year’s Embers Coffee comes from the Baba Budangiri region of India (pronounced ba-ba boo-dan-gi-ri) a historic range of hills and the birthplace of Indian coffee.
Baba Budangiri is named after Baba Budan, the Sufi saint who is said to have brought seven coffee seeds to India, making the region a particularly special part of the country’s coffee story. As Baba Budangiri is a range rather than a single farm, Embers is a regional coffee made up of contributions from several estates, including Devarkhan Estate pitctured.

India
Baba Budangiri
Produced by Allanasons Limited and grown across elevations ranging from 1,000 to 1,620 metres above sea level, this washed Arabica is made up of Cauvery, Chandragiri, S.795 and SLN9 varieties. The historic estates are lush and shade-grown, with Arabica plants thriving beneath a multi-layered canopy of silver oaks, wild figs and intercropped spices such as pepper and cardamom.
Embers brings plenty of autumnal comfort, with rich caramelised sweetness, milk chocolate and warming clove. It’s a coffee with depth and sweetness, crafted as a versatile omni roast that works beautifully as a bright, balanced filter or a rich and sweet espresso. A comforting seasonal cup with a distinctly Indian character.
