Grind Information
Please note, this coffee will only be available as whole bean. Due to the exceptional quality and limited supply of this offering, we want to ensure that it is brewed to its fullest potential. Grinding fresh at home allows you to achieve a grind size tailored to your specific brewing equipment, unlocking the coffee’s best possible flavor.
We understand that not everyone has access to a grinder, but for this unique coffee, the variability of pre-ground options simply cannot do justice to its exceptional character. Offering it as whole bean ensures that you have the control needed to make the most of this rare and special coffee.

Unearthed Duo - Vol 1
Introducing our first volume of the Unearthed coffee series. The name “Unearthed” reflects the journey of discovering meticulously sourced, rare coffee that has been brought to light for the first time. The first volume of this extraordinary coffee duo is a true masterpiece, featuring two Colombian coffees from farms that are pushing the boundaries in coffee agriculture and processing.

01. Huila / Colombia
Quebraditas, Edison argote
Quebraditas is a visionary initiative led by Edison Argote, and his partner Angela. Angela has been the driving force behind the farm's shift toward specialty coffee in recent years, laying the foundations by planting stunning Gesha, Papayo, Bourbon & Caturra hybrids. While Angela nurtured the farm's potential, Edison explored innovative fermentation techniques and refined recipes using cutting-edge methods and yeasts.
Together, Edison and Angela are shaping Quebraditas into a farm that embodies ambition, innovation, and exceptional coffee.

02. Antioquia / Colombia
El Jaragual, Jorge Mira
El Jaragual is a 150-hectare, family-operated farm led by Jorge Mira in Amalfi, Antioquia. Combining Jorge’s expertise as a forestry engineer with a commitment to sustainability, the farm integrates pine plantations for timber production alongside conserved native forests. The farm employs innovative coffee processing techniques that blend tradition with modernity. Extended fermentations with yeast inoculation, paired with temperature-regulated steps like warm water rinses and cool water quenches, are used to enhance and stabilize the aromatic profiles developed during fermentation, ensuring exceptional cup quality.
